1. No smoking inside the property.

2. No parties or events allowed.

3. No pets allowed.

4. 8 Guests Maximum

5. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.

6. No unregistered guests allowed on the property.

7. Do not move furniture or other items from their original location.

8. Do not leave trash or dirty dishes out.

9. Do not damage or deface the property or its contents.

10. Turn off all lights, appliances, and AC/heating when leaving the property.

11. Follow all instructions for proper use of amenities, such as the pool and hot tub.

12. Leave the property in the same condition it was found upon arrival.

13. Notify the owner or property manager immediately of any issues or damages.

14. Please do not use candles or other open flames inside the house.
